There is also a multi-storey car park located in Rugby Central Shopping Centre. Further details on their opening times and fees can be found on their website.

Assistance animals

We welcome trained guide, hearing and assistance animals in our spaces. We wish to maintain an environment where everyone feels secure and comfortable. Furthermore, to safeguard our objects and collections we ask that your animals are appropriately trained, supervised, and kept with you at all times.

Where possible, dog owners should bring their Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK), Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF) identification book, and animals should wear the appropriate tabards or harnesses.

If you plan to visit with an assistance animal other than an assistance dog, please get in touch 7 days prior to your visit to discuss your request with us so we may best accommodate your visit where reasonably practicable.

Drinking bowls are available on request from the information desk.
