Rugby Art Gallery & Museum is a modern and dynamic experience where visitors can explore some of the town's strong cultural heritage and the area’s bright artistic future. It should be the starting point for any visit to Rugby, with the town’s visitor centre open to all on the ground floor.

Visitors can experience exciting exhibitions of contemporary and modern art as well as displays that tell the story of Rugby’s past, from Roman times to present day. The Floor One Gallery showcases the talents of local artists and craftspeople and is a good place to pick up a unique gift or artwork, as works are often available to buy.

On permanent display in the Archaeology Gallery is the Tripontium collection - a showcase for the artefacts from the Romano-British town of Tripontium, which was located five miles from the centre of modern Rugby. The gallery, in the style of a Roman market place, is an interactive space where children can have fun as they learn about Roman life.

Admission is free, and there is always something fun to see and do for the whole family.

Please note our collections are not on permanent display. Please visit our What's On pages for details of current exhibitions.
