BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RUGBY ART GALLERY AND MUSEUM ACTIVITIES

1. Tickets can be amended in regards to date and time (subject to availability) by calling Rugby Visitor Centre on 01788 533217.

2. In the event of lost tickets, the attendee may be required to provide proof of ID upon attendance.

3. On arrival at Rugby Art Gallery and Museum (hereby referred to as The Attraction), your ticket will be checked at the point of entry.

4. A ticket will give you access only to the specific activity you have booked.

5. Refunds for chargeable activities will only be issued in the event the activity is cancelled by Rugby Art Gallery and Museum or Rugby Borough Council.

RUGBY ART GALLERY AND MUSEUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Tickets booked online will be emailed directly to the email address provided upon registration.

2. If The Attraction is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or for other unexpected reasons, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to a preferred alternative date, subject to availability.

4. Visitors are advised that for technical, operational and other reasons beyond our control, any activity or The Attraction may be closed or otherwise unavailable at any time.

5. You may delete your account at any time by e-mailing visitor.centre@rugby.gov.uk
