Relaxed Hour

These sessions are primarily for neurodivergent children and adults, and any other visitors with sensory needs who prefer a more relaxed experience, plus their families, friends, and carers. Come along to explore the gallery and take part in a creative activity.

The gallery space will be closed to the public and only families with additional needs/autism will be able to enter. Distracting audio and video will be turned off. There will also be a ‘break out space’ for anyone needing a quiet room. 

Relaxed hour is for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

We request that you pre-book however, we understand that this is not always possible so please do call on the day to check for availability. Sessions are FREE.
