Mini Rugby Town Invigilation

We are looking for volunteers to support the Visitor Experience team in monitoring Mini Rugby during busy periods.  This involves monitoring the space to keep it safe and tidy for visitors to enjoy.  Our busier times are between 11am and 3pm, however if you'd prefer a longer or shorter time slot, let us know.  We are looking for support for any/all of these days:

Saturday 28 October
Tuesday 31 October
Wednesday 1 November
Thursday 2 November
Friday 3 November
Saturday 4 November

What's Involved:

You will be supporting an experienced Visitor Experience Assistant in monitoring the space.  Tasks include:

• Assisting with refreshing/tidying resources
• Light cleaning
• Ensuring visitors have the best possible experience
• Being welcoming and friendly

Who can get involved?
If you are under 18, please also let us know which school or college you attend and your age. Unfortunately, we cannot accept anyone under the age of 16 without their parent/guardian in attendance.
