Summer of Colour Launch Day

We are celebrating the the launch of a Summer of Colour on the  first day of the new exhibition Jason and his Argonauts.  It's going to be a day of FREE activities exploring colour, creativity, and fun! From kaleidoscopic creations to super-size scribbling, there is something for the whole family.  Including activities for early years from Rugby’s Barnardo’s Children and Family Centres and local artists.

Mod roc sculptures

Tuesday 20 August

Using mod roc, make your own sculpture inspired by the exhibition. 

Rainbow weaving

Giant Portraits

3 D key rings

Christmas Tree Decorations

The Prince’s Trust will be delivering two after school creative craft sessions to create Christmas decorations for the Rugby Art Gallery and Museum Christmas tree.

Relaxed Hour

 This session is primarily for neurodivergent children and adults, and any other visitors with sensory needs who prefer a more relaxed experience, plus their families, friends, and carers. Come along to explore the Local History Gallery and take part in a Festive themed creative craft activity.
