About the role

Rugby Art Gallery & Museum and the Visitor Centre is a vibrant public space in the centre of Rugby. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team and play a key role in delivering an excellent visitor experience.

Casual Visitor Experience Assistants are based front of house in the Art Gallery, Museum and Visitor Centre spaces, providing exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all visitors. The successful candidate will be a brilliant communicator, proactive, flexible and reliable.

We are looking to appoint to our existing pool of casual staff, who are called upon at short notice to provide cover including at weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays

This is a casual role and hours will vary according to the demands of the service, with an amount of hours not guaranteed.
